Terms and Conditions
BOOKING
All bookings must be made in writing on the booking form supplied and are subject to the following terms and conditions:-
1. A provisional booking date must be made by telephone or email, and will be held for seven days pending receipt of completed booking form and full deposit/payment, as appropriate.
2. A booking deposit of £100/$150 per week is required with your completed booking form. The booking will be confirmed to you in writing on receipt of your required dates. Once the booking is confirmed the deposit will be non-refundable but will be deducted from the full amount due. We will not guarantee to hold any dates until a deposit of £100 or $150 per week is paid. Please, therefore make sure the property is booked before making any travel arrangements.
LIABILITY
A security bond of £150/$250 will be required with the final balance. This will be refundable subject to a satisfactory status report by the Management Company and the safe return of the key/s. In the event of any damage to the property caused by the party to this agreement, we will look to those persons for full reimbursement of the outstanding amount within 14 days.
Only those persons identified on the booking form are authorised to use the property. Any changes in the persons occupying the house must be notified in writing.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS
The following payments schedule applies:
- Full payment is to be made no later than 2 months before the first day of the booking. If payment has not been received by this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking and the deposit will be lost.
- In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to apply the following charges:
- 1 - 2 months prior: 50% of rental cost
- Less than one month: 100% of rental cost
- All cancellations must be made in writing. We will make every attempt to assist in altering dates to suit.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
Whilst we are prepared to pass on recommendations for flight companies and to book car hire on your behalf, we accept no responsibility whatsoever for any problems experienced in using these companies once your car has been picked up and/or your flights arranged.
FORCE MAJEURE
The owners of the property or their servants or agents, will not be liable for loss or delay occasioned by any of the following: Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical Problems to Transport, Aircraft Grounding, Closure of Airports, Weather Conditions or any other event beyond their control.
PERSONAL INJURY/HOLIDAY INSURANCE
Guests are required to have appropriate travel/holiday insurance in force for the period of their stay. The owners and owners agents will not accept liability for any injury howsoever caused to the client, any member of his or her party or visitor to the property as a result of the use of the property and pool. Guests are specifically required to supervise children in and around the pool and to exercise due care and caution at all times.
PETS
No pets allowed, unless by prior arrangement in exceptional circumstances.
ACCOMMODATION
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to substitute your chosen villa for one of the same or higher standard.
